DemeTECH Non-Resorbable Nylon Suture is a sterile, non-absorbable surgical suture made from the long-chain aliphatic polymers Nylon 6 and Nylon 6,6. The DemeTECH non-absorbable nylon suture meets all the requirements established by the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and the European Pharmacopoeia (EP) for non-absorbable polyamide surgical sutures.

Demelon sutures are monofilament sutures made from nylon. They are specially designed for fragile tissue. The smooth surface of Demelon sutures reduces the risk of bacterial retention, irritation and infection.
