Free samples

Everything has to be perfect for your surgeries.Don’t hesitate to ask us for some samples, our team will send them to you completely free so you can test them in your own practice.

Delivery

We will deliver to you within 4-5 working days, and delivery is free on orders over £175.

Free returns within 15 days

A product isn’t quite what you wanted? Perhaps you ordered too many? At HYGITECH, we say “complete satisfaction or a full refund”. We accept unopened products returned in their original packaging within 15 days after delivery.

After-sales service

Our objective: 100% customer satisfaction. The after-sales service team will gladly deal with all your questions within 48 hours. In particular, our range of instruments has a special service; we can sharpen and repair these products for a small extra cost.
