How to place an order?

Add items to your shopping basket by selecting the quantity of the item you wish to order followed by a click on the shopping trolley icon. Once you're done, verify the content of the shopping basket by clicking on 'view my basket', then click on proceed to checkout. If you're a returning customer, enter your login details, otherwise you'll need to register. Verify your order and click 'proceed to payment' in order to make your payment.

How to pay for your order?

You can pay for your order using MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Solo or your PayPal account.

How will I know my order is confirmed?

Once your payment has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the products ordered, total price and delivery information.

Will my payment be secure?

The payment you make via debit/credit card or your PayPal account is processed via PayPal checkout and is completely secure. Please see http://www.paypal.co.uk for further details.

I have a registered VAT number, do I still have to pay VAT?

No, all prices shown on our website and in our catalogue are excluding VAT. VAT is added at the checkout at the rate of 19.6%. If you have a VAT number, please write it in the box provided on the checkout screen, once we've verified its validity, we'll refund you the VAT within 24 hours.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The average delivery time is 72 hours. All our orders are delivered by courier. However, there might be circumstances beyond our control which may delay delivery.

Can I order product samples?

Yes, for FREE. Try our top quality products before you buy. Just call us on 0208 2141 283 (Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm) and we’ll send them FREE of charge and without obligation.

What happens if I haven’t received my order?

We endeavor to deliver every order within 72 hours of receiving it but sometimes there are circumstances outside our control that may delay delivery. If after 4 working days you have not received your order, please contact us and we’ll sort it out for you.

What is your returns policy?

In order to reduce the number of products returned to us, we offer FREE product samples which allow you to test our products before you commit to buying a larger quantity. Because of this, by all means, we are happy for you to return any damaged or faulty products at our cost. However if you are returning products for any other reason then you will have to pay the return postage costs. It’s always best to try before you buy.

Can I order from outside the UK?

Our distribution network covers the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland). Please use the menu to check if your country is available for delivery by HYGITECH.
